At EightynineVWS, all installations are strictly by appointment only. All appointments must be confirmed via our system within 72 hours of the scheduled date.


VEHICLE WRAP COST FACTORS

The cost of vehicle wrap installation varies based on several factors: 

  • vehicle size.

  • extent of the vehicle to be wrapped.

  • quality of the wrap film.

  • complexity of the installation process.

We maintain high standards by consistently following necessary steps:



PREPARATION 


Before the appointment day, the client is responsible to clean the vehicle with a non-waxing car wash to remove any dirt, oils, tire shine, and wax products.  All vehicles that are not in a satisfactory clean condition will have an added cleaning fee of $60.00 to the invoice. Failure to perform the pre-installation wash may affect the delivery date/time.

If clients opt out of covering wrap removal costs, any existing graphics and adhesives on the vehicle must be removed before the agreed-upon date.


DROP-OFF


We recommend dropping off the vehicle at the time programmed for the drop-off, and for the pre-agreed time frame. This allows us to prepare both our facility and the vehicle for the installation process. 


INSPECTION 


Upon drop-off, a thorough examination of the vehicle will occur, including photos and an inspection sheet to document its condition.


INSTALLATION PROCESS 


During this phase, the vehicle will be acclimated to the appropriate temperature for the installation process. We proceed by disassembling the vehicle, removing moldings, handles, mirrors, and accessories. We meticulously prepare the surface using manufacturer-approved products to minimize contaminants, ensuring proper application of the wrap film for outcomes resembling a painted surface. 


QUALITY ASSURANCE

Once the vehicle is fully wrapped, we cure and post-heat the vinyl at a specific temperature to activate the adhesive fully. Exterior parts are refitted, and the vehicle is left overnight to ensure proper adhesion. A 360-degree examination is conducted to verify adhesive setting, absence of shrinking, bubbling, or peeling.



VEHICLE PICK-UP


Customers will be notified for vehicle pick-up once the quality check process is completed. The vehicle should be picked up within 24 hours of the notice to avoid an added fee of $85.00 on the invoice.


PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required for all services before materials are ordered or any installation is done. The remaining 50% payment is due upon vehicle pick-up unless prior arrangements have been authorized.
