We prioritize customer satisfaction and we will gladly reinstall and correct any job that has drawbacks due to an error on the part of EIGHTYNINE.

WHEN WILL THE WARRANTY APPLY?

After 30 days the warranty will only be effective for all claims pertained to the vertical surface application (related to defects listed in the manufactured specifications described in the applicable Product Bulletin). The typical life expectancy of the vertical surfaces is of 2-5 years.

WHAT WILL BE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The warranty will only cover issues directly caused by installation and workmanship such as: peeling or lifting (not related to defects listed in the manufactured specifications described in the applicable Product Bulletin).  Warranty includes full removal of graphics and installation.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Warranty will not cover any graphics changes or product defects, specifically: excessive fading, discoloration, cracking, crazing, peeling, blistering, excessive dimensional change, loss of adhesion, or loss of reflectivity.   Any altering or tampering with the graphics installed by EIGHTYNINE will result in the warranty being null and void.

Claims made for non-vertical applications (related to defects listed in the manufactured specifications described in the applicable Product Bulletin), will not be covered.  Non-vertical surface applications include the hood, roof, and trunk. The typical life expectancy of non-vertical surfaces is of up to 3 years after installation.

Customer supplied materials are not warrantable items.  All warranty materials must be covered by the supplying contractor and re-installation and or removal for replacement installation will be quoted per project.
